• Arrive at (JNB) O.R. Tambo International Airport on Friday, October 10, 2025.

• If traveling from the U.S. or Canada or the Caribbean, ensure your flight departs before October 8th and arrives in time for airport pickup and the welcome dinner.

Departure will be from VFA (Victoria Falls airport) on October 17, 2025
