• If traveling from the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean, ensure your flight departs before August 28 and arrives in time for airport pickup, unpacking, and the welcome dinner.
• Departure will be from Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) on September 3, 2026 for your return connection through Istanbul.
