• If traveling from the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean, ensure your flight departs before November 14 and arrives in time for airport pickup, unpacking, and the welcome dinner.
• Your flight from Cape Town to Namibia will be included in your package price.
• Final departure airport from Namibia will be from Windhoek -Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH).
